Practically anybody who is from Spokane knows about Northwest Seed & Pet, located at 2422 East Sprague. Number of Viewers (est.): 66,000 Donor Profile - Bob Mauk at Northwest Seed & Pet Number of Viewing Days: 11 Days (48 hours in total) The collaboration between Spokane Parks & Recreation, TFM, and our wonderful sponsors, Wagstaff Inc., Lee & Hayes, & Washington Trust Bank, was an unqualified success! In all it’s wonderful seasons, I hope you enjoy Manito Park this year, and never miss one of its glorious moments. Our team of volunteers, board members, donors and fellow Manito Park enthusiasts are essential in keeping our mission alive. This year, we hope to build on the momentum from last year to continue to increase our support to Manito Park and the community. What a joy it was to watch families enjoy some holiday cheer when there were not any alternatives. We ended the year partnering with our dear friends in the Spokane Parks and Recreation Department for a wildly successful Holiday Lights Drive-thru show. We are lucky to have had so many volunteers share their talents and passions to make this event happen. The Friends of Manito feel so grateful we were able to hold a safe and modified plant sale last summer with great success. Like most, last year we were able to shift and work around unforeseen challenges. To me, it’s the most beautiful strand in the fabric that is our community pride. It’s such a privilege to live in a city with a destination as wonderful as Manito Park. Manito Park served as a place of leisure and respite for so many. This was evident every time I made a visit to Manito Park-families on bike rides, dogs on walks with their owners, runners and walkers out enjoying exercise. Many aspects of life were put on pause, but the beauty of nature was unwavering. While last year had its challenges, it left us room to grow and flourish. We are well on our way into the year and we have so much to look forward to. If you want to bring a friend, please sign them in for a separate slot.
